Use the actual LMS field to choose the attachment format and size ceiling. ## Reduce the requested attachment 1. Open the complete requested passport, stamp-page or Entry Permit Form scan. 2. Choose the live field’s accepted format. Start at 1 MB and select an available Maximum size within its stated ceiling. 3. Inspect names, dates, immigration endorsements, stamps and every form entry. Retake an unclear capture instead of shrinking it repeatedly. 4. Download and confirm its actual size and page count before the employer or agent uses it in the renewal. ## The initial target is not an LMS rule The 1 MB value is an editing default. The checked bulletin does not publish a numeric attachment ceiling, so the live field’s instructions control this choice. A stamp may be faint in a phone image. Keep the complete ink impression, date and relevant surrounding page area readable. Cropping away a desk is useful; removing part of a real stamp is not.
