Everything in one place
Your passport, ID card and everything else you carry, together in one place. From health cards to visas, store any document and always have it at hand. When someone asks for a document, you know exactly where it is.
Your ID wallet
Dokus keeps your passport, ID card, driver's license and more in one wallet: in step across your Apple devices, protected when you share a copy, and warning you before anything expires. Encrypted on your iPhone, behind Face ID.
Coming soon to the App Store.
Your wallet stays in step across every iPhone and iPad on your Apple Account, through your own iCloud. Nothing is trapped on one device.
Stamp a copy with who it is for and when, so it cannot be quietly reused. Your original never changes.
Give a document its validity date and Dokus reminds you in time to renew.
Your passport, ID card and everything else you carry, together in one place. From health cards to visas, store any document and always have it at hand. When someone asks for a document, you know exactly where it is.
Add a watermark with the recipient's name, making every shared copy uniquely identifiable, convert to PDF, or reduce file size. Your original document always stays unchanged.
Give a document its validity date and Dokus keeps watch. The Expiring page lists what runs out soonest first, and a reminder arrives with the head start you choose, so renewing is something you plan instead of something you discover.
Turn on iCloud sync to keep your wallet in step across all your Apple devices, free on every tier. Your documents stay encrypted in your Apple account, and turning off sync removes them from iCloud.
Capture a paper document with the camera, straight into your wallet.
Turn a photo of a document into a clean PDF.
Shrink a copy before sending, so it fits any upload limit.
Screenshots of your documents come out blank.
Airplane mode, no signal, another country. Your wallet opens anyway.
Reach Dokus from the Lock Screen or Control Center. Documents stay behind Face ID.
Your documents stay on your iPhone and we never see them. Enable iCloud sync to securely reach them across your Apple devices. Dokus has no ads or trackers, and never analyzes your documents.
Yes. The free version is complete on its own: your documents, encrypted on your iPhone, behind Face ID, the built-in scanner, and iCloud sync across your devices. Dokus Plus is an optional one-time purchase for people who want more, like unlimited documents and extra sharing tools.
Yes. Give a document its validity date and Dokus schedules reminders ahead of it, so you renew in time instead of finding out at the counter. The reminders are local to your iPhone. Validity dates are part of Dokus Plus.
On your iPhone, encrypted, and kept out of the iPhone's iCloud backup: with sync off, they exist only on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, they are also stored in your personal iCloud, under your own Apple account. Dokus itself never receives, stores, or processes your documents.
No. There is no Dokus account, and we never receive, store, or process your documents, so there is nothing on our side for anyone to look at. Your documents stay encrypted on your device, and sync, if you enable it, runs entirely through your own iCloud.
An optional one-time purchase: pay once, keep it forever. It adds unlimited documents, validity dates with reminders, watermarked copies for safe sharing, image to PDF conversion, and file compression. The free version keeps working without it, and iCloud sync across your own devices is free for everyone.
Soon. The app is being prepared for App Store review. This page will link to the App Store as soon as it is live.
Dokus is made for iPhone and unlocks with Face ID, with quick access from the Lock Screen and Control Center. It is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and you can switch the language inside the app.
