Dokus Website Subscription Terms

Version 1, effective October 30, 2026

These terms apply to the subscription sold on dokus.app. The data it involves is described in the Subscription Privacy Policy.

The subscription

It removes the download limit of the document tools on dokus.app, in the browser where you subscribe. It is separate from Dokus Plus in the app, which is sold through the App Store.

Price and renewal

The price, the billing period and any offer, such as a free trial or a discount on the first period, are shown before you pay. The subscription renews automatically at the regular price until you cancel it. Stripe processes the payment.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the site or from the link in the payment emails. Access lasts until the end of the period already paid for, or of the trial, and nothing more is charged.

If you ask within 14 days of a charge, at support@dokus.app, we refund it and access ends. This does not limit any right the law of your country gives you.

Warranty and liability

The tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from their use.

Changes

We may change these terms and the price of future periods. A price change applies to your subscription only from a renewal after we notify you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country gives you.
