Include the existing Entry Permit Form
The Department of Labour and Workforce Development’s 17 August 2026 bulletin adds the existing Immigration Entry Permit Form to LMS renewal evidence, alongside the passport bio-data page, Immigration Stamp and digital portrait.
Treat those as separate checklist items. A passport identity-page scan is not a substitute for its immigration stamp, and a photograph of a form is not a digitally completed form. Photo to PDF lays out one document and its reverse. Merge joins multiple files for a requested reference copy; it does not establish that one PDF can replace the live LMS attachments.
Review every scan before the employer submits
Letter is the starting layout and A4 is available. Use Entry Permit Form or supporting document for a full paper scan, keeping its edges and endorsements. The 1 MB compression starting point is an editing default, not a published LMS limit.
