Merge PDF documents in the right order
- Select Choose PDFs or photos and pick at least two files. Choose the pages of the passport, permit or other document you need to assemble. Try it with an example opens fictional files first.
- Check the page count beside each file. Drag its handle to change the file order, or focus the handle and use the arrow keys. Use Add files for a missing scan and × to remove a file. Pages within a PDF stay in their original order.
- Select Combine and download PDF. Open the saved PDF and check that every required page is present, legible and in order. On an iPhone, check Files and its Downloads folder; the location follows your browser settings.
Passport and permit scans are examples. Choose only the document and pages the recipient needs, rather than sending every identity document you hold.
One complete supporting document per renewal field
The Bahamas Immigration portal FAQ requires all pages or sides of each supporting document in one PDF. Its troubleshooting advice specifically suggests an online merge tool when the pages are separate. Keep unrelated documents in their own upload fields, and check the live renewal instructions before submitting.
The published FAQ sets a 450 KB ceiling per scanned document. Merging joins pages without targeting a smaller size. If the result is too large, Compress offers a 300 KB starting target below that ceiling. Compression processes only the first ten PDF pages and makes image pages; inspect the full page count and readability before sending.

Keep existing PDF text and every input page
Merge copies existing PDF pages without turning them into photographs. Text already selectable remains selectable; a scanned image stays an image. There is no OCR. Every input PDF page is included within the file limits and your device's memory, including pages after the first ten.
The order controls move whole files. They do not remove, rearrange or interleave individual pages inside a PDF. Prepare the correct source files before adding them.
Keep digitally signed originals separately: the combined PDF is a new file and does not preserve signature validation. PDFs that require an opening password cannot be added. The last output page carries a credit for the free tool, below an existing PDF page or in a photo's bottom margin.
Combine PDF files and document photos
You can choose PDF, JPG, PNG and browser-supported HEIC files together. Each photo fits entirely on a separate Letter sheet with 12 mm margins. Existing PDF pages keep their page sizes, with a strip added below the final PDF page for the credit.
Merging does not crop away a photographed background or straighten a tilted document. Prepare a card photo in Photo to PDF when it needs a different layout, then add its downloaded PDF here. HEIC support depends on the browser; an iPhone library selection can provide JPG.
Free merging on your device
Choose 2 to 20 files, no more than 25 MB each and 100 MB altogether. Your browser reads the selected files and creates the result on your device, without an account or document upload. Once the page and processing resources have loaded, you can continue offline.
For an agreed purpose label or fewer visible identity details, prepare the reference copy with Watermark or Hide details before merging. Those separate editing tools create image copies and process only the first ten input PDF pages. Confirm any edits with the recipient and keep required originals.
